Yes it is very very likely that the antibiotic caused a yeast infection. I had to take the same antibiotic and got a yeast infection right after. So I would get to the DR and get antother antibiotic. No fun I know.

I would do a pedicure, it's much harder to do yourself and it's more work, so it's worth it more to get it done by a pro. And if you take good care of your manicure yourself then you will just waist your money, because there won't be much to do on your finger nails (I guess)
