Eye infection or just irritation?

I got a new supscription of contacts, and after 10 days of wearing them (The contacts last about 2 weeks) my eye has become red and sore. I switched to the old brand I first used since I had no problem with them before, and because ever since I got the new brand, my eyes have burned almost every single week. I do wear pretty heavy eye makeup and wear them from when i start summer school until about 7 or 8 at night, so that might explain a lot. :\ However, I got no makeup in my red eye, and I have also clean out my contact lens every night. I really hope it's not another eye infection because my parents said that if I get another eye infection, I'm no longer allowed to wear contacts. I had one legit eye infection before, and I had to get another prescription of eyedrops due to irritation because I wore contacts for a long time. Another time I was unsure of why I got redness, but used systane ultra eyedrops for about 1-2 weeks, and my eyes got better. What do you guys think about this?
