Involuntary head twitch?

Almost everyday my head twitches. It only happens about 10 times a day and it is very quick. I am on prescription antidepressant 40mg celexa for anxitey and depression, I dont know if this could be the reason? Sometimes it can be bothersome to me, sometimes my neck will ache afterwards.. What do you think it could be, or has anyone else dealt with this
