My boyfriend isn't attracted to me since I got pregnant and had a baby? PLEASE help?

been there done that with hubby...very difficult..whenever I tried to talk he just shut down too..went on for months and months then I said it was time for counselling which he unenthusiastically agreed to....counselling is positive but hard work as we are gradually working through our problems but things are getting much better...he actually asked to have some private sessions with the therapist to get his head round stuff and I can see a good change..all the best! this went on for months but I think in many cases it just takes time for the man to get used to things and it generally sorts itself out!!
