Last night i got on little teeny tiny bump on my leg, it was red and started to itch. Now it has spread a little bit in the area and also a little on my other leg. Now i have a bump on my arm that im trying to not scratch to avoid spreading. At the end of April, i had something similar. It started on my foot and eventually went all up my legs, on my fingers, the palm of my hands, my chest, elbows, and the bottom of my feet. That took about 3 weeks to clear up with the use of prescription ointment. I really want some opinions as to what it could be. It itches soooo bad! The bumps are fairly small, red, and in patches or lines. Why would my phone line work but not my DSL?

It had been working fine for years. But one morning I woke up and the DSL was just not doing anything. It's in the same jack and the equipment was all replaced and confirmed to be in working order. Why do girls say i stink at singing but guys say i am amazing?

Well, girls are catty you've gotta realize. A lot of them might wish they had a better singing voice, and even if they can't hit a note, they might listen to the way another girl sings, and decide that she makes the notes too fancy or something. They decide, just because the girl shakes her voice too much, or she can go really high, that it's cheesy singing, and that her OWN singing is much better than yours, JUST because she doesn't do anything to *try* and make her voice sound better. She also might be jealous that you can do certain things with your voice, and because she can't do it, she automatically decides that it's bad. Or maybe her favorite female vocalists singing styles sound nothing like yours. Maybe you add a jazzy sound to your voice, and the girl your singing too hates black girls/rap/jazz. I'm just saying. They would definitely not like your singing then, whereas someone who appreciates that sound could think you had some amazing talent. Girls might have different ideas of what sounds good. Also, they might just think it's very strange that you're singing to them, and it might make them feel uncomfortable. Maybe you were singing in a public place, and didn't notice a lot of people starting to look at you two when you opened your mouth. This may have upset the girl. Maybe the people looking are mean, and they made negative faces, and she would have felt stupid if she said you were good with all those people glaring at you like you should stop. Either way, it MIGHT not even be because you're a bad singer at all. People are snot-nosed self-centered jerks. They could just be trying to hurt your ego, since you think your good enough to sing in front of other people. They don't think they're good enough to sing anywhere but the shower. That's their issue. If you want true opinions, find people who listen to voices, like music teachers and other singers. Let them hear a recording on headphones instead of bursting out in song in public. Or show them privately. Give them your best. And take criticism. Ask what to do differently. Practice your scales, and look for voice training advice on youtube. It's free and good advice a lot of times. Mimic different styles, and always be willing to work on your voice, because there are probably things you do poorly. you might not enunciate words enough. Don't worry about being bad at some things, though. Just practice them like no tomorrow. It's a skill to be learned. You probably already have a great voice, so learn to do amazing things with your gift through practice.

French manicure and pedicure?

If you don't get fake nails they just paint them on - light pink for the base, white on the tips (but you can ask for any colors you want). You can get just regular polish which is the easiest and cheapest. I also recently got a French mani with this stuff called gelish. It's kind of like shellac. It's thicker than regular polish and it's supposed to last longer, but in return it's alot harder to take off yourself. I took mine off myself with pure acetone but it took a lot of time and scraping and a little bit of my nail got peeled off with it on a few fingers, so if you get anything other than regular polish I would advice just going back to the salon to get it taken off. As for the time, it'll probably take at least an hour to get both. It really just depends on the wait and how much they do for the mani/pedi. Hope this helps!

Problems with underarm perspiration...?

I'm 15 years old and for about a year or two now I've had excessive sweat in my underarms. I've tried all kinds of deodorant, including clinical strength, and some even just make it worse. I've tried eating healthier and drinking more water but that doesn't work either. The only thing that seems to work is when I don't think about it. The thing is, when I try to not think about it I end up feeling self conscious, wondering if I'm sweating, and eventually end up sweating. I heard of the product Dry-Sol , but I think it's prescription. The sweat really does annoy me. How do I stop these Vicodin spins?

So I've been being prescribed Vicodin 5mg/325mg for about 6 months now (give or take a few). It's for my chronic tailbone pain, but I hadn't taken vicodin in about a 2 weeks just because I like to keep my tolerance low and have a good amount of vicodin for when my tailbone is especially irritated. Well today, it is irritated, I've been trying to write an essay for my Sociology class and I took a Vicodin not that long ago. Now my head is spinny because I'm really not used to the pills anymore, I had eaten right before taking the pill ... I used to have xanax prescriptions and I could take one of those and I'd instantly feel better, but I can't take a xanax or I'll fall asleep and not finish my essay by tomorrow. Extreme nail biting issue?

I've got a really bad nail biting habit. I've tried getting a manicure to make them look nice and not want to bite them, I've tried the bitter, clear nail polish that's supposed to make you stop biting them, if I chew gum one more time in school I'll get a detention and I don't want that, I've grown out of my habits of trying to bite pencils as a substitute, one time I actually stuck tape around my nails to get me to stop (but the tape got all dirty around the edges and it was gross) None of these ideas worked. I am so sick of pimples and blackheads. I've tried use biore strips for blackheads, but they don't work on me. I wash my face two or three times a day, i use acne gel on my face, and i drink TONS of water. But the pimple and blackheads keep appearing. I had cough and inflamed throat for 15 days. The pulmonologist suggested that i have BV asthma and some A. Rhiu ... (I can't figure out on prescription what he wrote ... he said its kind of allergy). He prescribed me continuous treatment of Foster inhaler with spacer for 30 days and aerolin whenever i feel burden on my chest and Nasarin nasal spray. I was kind of afraid of using inhalers because someone told me that one gets used to it if they have steroids. I would prefer an oral treatment more than inhaled therapy but was confused as doctor said that it is more effective and its even basic than oral treatment. I want to take another opinion of you guys whether I should start taking these drugs as I have very mild dust allergy caused by change of atomosphere. Extremely sore gums but no dental insurance...what can I do in the meantime?

I have a history of periodontal disease. I try to take care of my teeth as much as possible with brushing, rinsing and flossing. But unfortunately my bottom front teeth are quite crooked leaving somewhat large spaces for my gums to become more infected. Right now I do not have dental insurance and my gums are killing me! So much pain after tonsillectomy?

A week ago yesterday I got my tonsils out. They said everything looked fine and I could go home after about an hour in the recovery room. The first two days I was really well compared to what I thought it would be like those days. Then on the third day I was in a lot of pain. It got better on the fourth and the fifth. Then the night before last I got a really really bad ear ache in both of my ears after eating dinner. I took the prescription pain killer (Tylenol with codine that I had stopped taking maybe after the fourth day) and was fine. Then yesterday I woke up with a horrible ear ache and took plain extra strength Tylenol for that. Then after I ate dinner yesterday I got a really really bad earache that didn't go away for a few hours until I took more medicine. Then last night I went to bed around midnight and woke up at one am and was in excruciating pain in my right ear with pain (although minimal) in my left ear. I started to cry and in about half an hour the pain started to die down and I went back to sleep. At four in the morning I woke up again and was in so much pain, I hoped the pain would die down like it did earlier in the night but it didn't so I took more of the perscription, but it felt like it did nothing. Then I woke up this morning at nine and was in a lot of pain again. I quickly surfed the internet for things I could do to numb the pain. I'm now icing my right ear and its working a little, I am not in as much pain as I was when I woke up but its not so little I could just forget about it. Please help, I'm only twelve going to be thirteen soon and I don't want to be in pain on my thirteenth birthday. I singed up for deltas sky miles program since i fly a lot (about 4 times a year). I thought that by singing up i would get free lugage, faster checkin faster bording sky club access better security lines and first class upgrades. I went to the skymiles checkin counter at Miami and wastold that it was only for their "elite" members. I told them that i was an elite sky miles member. Eye infection or just irritation?

I got a new supscription of contacts, and after 10 days of wearing them (The contacts last about 2 weeks) my eye has become red and sore. I do wear pretty heavy eye makeup and wear them from when i start summer school until about 7 or 8 at night, so that might explain a lot. :\ However, I got no makeup in my red eye, and I have also clean out my contact lens every night. I had one legit eye infection before, and I had to get another prescription of eyedrops due to irritation because I wore contacts for a long time. Opened blister that continually produces pus?

I have a 3 inch by 3 inch blister which popped and opened up on the sole of my foot. The skin is no longer present. I went to the doctor and they put on penicillin, but during the next visits they changed the prescription to soaking salts in order to dry the wound. (domeboro) (attempted to go to a specialist, but they wouldnt take my insurance) It has been 2 weeks and every 3-4 hours the bandages will up with puss. Any idea how much longer this should last or what else I can do. Currently, I soak 3 times a day with domeboro and keep it covered.

My nail polish cracks after I paint my nails?

My newborn has acid reflux. What can I do to help him?

Have you used Epiduo?

I've been using the usual neutrogena and clean and clear to try to combat my acne but it's not working...at all. I've had acne for a couple years and I'm really self conscious because of it. I'm thinking that I need to go to a derm to get a prescription. I heard about Epiduo and after going to the website I think that this is a good option for me. The other thing is I hear that before your skin improves it has to get worse. So considering it's summer break I would have the time to just let my skin to get better. I think that having a couple months would be optimal and maybe my skin would be clear by the time school starts. So I have a couple questions. If you've used Epiduo before how long did it take to work? And were the initial effects worth it in the long run? I just got a call from my doctors office saying my Vitamin D is low. I am 15 weeks pregnant and had my last Doctors appointment at week 11. I need medical advice and I don't know where to start?

3 weeks ago my doctor prescribed me Flagyl to cure bacteria in my body. After I finished the week prescription, I got a yeast infection. Last week I treated that and 3 days later I got a UTI. I have had it since Sunday. Monday I got a sinus infection and today I started my period. I am not a happy camper. I have had 2 liters of cranberry juice since Sunday, 32 oz of OJ, and lots of water. A question that should be asked for everyone who has taken a benzodiazepene and has few options, because of the addictive hook to them. I was first prescribed "Lorazepam-Ativan" 5mg as young as 16. This was a huge prescription mistake my pediatrician had done. I was addicted and had been taken to a clinic for tapering off the "Lorazepam-Ativan". I was given "Clonazepam- Klonopin" and took 1.5mg and then started to taper off it. I am now off both benzodiazepenes. My psychiatrist prescribed me "Seroquel" 150mg and "Cipralex" 15mg. Seroquel only, helps me sleep and Cipralex does nothing whats so ever. What Cipralex or any other antidepressant is the equivalent to a benzodiazepene? After the withdrawal I feel like I NEED THEM for everyday life. I was diagnosed with "panic disorder" and haven't left the house, except for psychiatric appointments. My anxiety is through the through the roof!

I got a second opinion yesterday from an opthamologist just to make sure, and he did a dialated refraction and found my prescription was actually +.75 SPH each eye. Since I couldnt accommodate, is this the worst it will be, or will my prescription increase or decrease with age? Here's the situation, i moved in to my apartment 2 months ago, the landlord only requested $200 up front to move in. they are great.. i just got the gel nails done. so far its been 2 weeks and its still there. Its similar to getting fake nails except they only put it on your natural nail. The most they last is 3 weeks which is pretty good for a manicure. To take it off you soak them in nail polish remover for 5 minutes .. melts right off. although it cost more money its well worth it since it lasts 3 weeks.

My EX girlfriend recently passed away. They ruled her death complications from heart failure but i suspect she died from her drug use. When i first met her she was the cutest smartest funniest and sexiest women i have ever met. At first she just smoked marijuana and that didn't really bother me because she still functioned pretty well and we had good times. She started using cocaine and i got concerned but she told me it was just recreational and she wouldn't allow herself to become addict. I tried a failed intervention tried everything i could think of the point of where i had to get out or something terrible was going to happen. She called me at 3 in the morning recently begging me take her back. I told her i loved her but unless she gave up the drugs i couldn't be her boyfriend. I heard from her mother she was in rehab because she missed me. She singed herself out after 3 days went back to her apartment and the next morning she was found dead. I have been with my boyfriend for about a year and a half. Before we met he was into drugs. Mainly coke back then, from what he tells me. Then he moved onto prescription pain meds. I knew something was up then because straws were disappearing from the cups in his room. I flat out asked him and he told me the truth. I got suspicious because I could just "feel" that something wasn't right. At first I though he may have been cheating but then I asked him if he was snorting again and he admitted it. He says that he does one pill a day, max. Mostly Perc 5s.It bother's me so much that he is doing this but I don't know why or what to do? I can't tell that he's doing them because he doesn't act any different but just knowing that he is drives me nuts. I don't know why? Maybe because my mom died of an overdose (health complications got her addicted.) I don't know how to make him stop?! Just some insight would be nice...
